Spice Up Your Life!

One thing I LOVE about cooking is the spices. A spice can add so much flavor and completely change the profile of a meal. I often find myself asking 'What spices should I use? Which ones bring out the flavors I am looking for? Which ones work together?'


Spices bring dishes to life and help highlight the natural flavors of the foods we love to make. We wanted to make sure you had a pantry full of the best to be prepared for a cooking class with us. Below is a list of some of our favorite spices (they will be used frequently in our classes). These can be found at your local grocery store, TJ Maxx and Marshalls sometimes have great selections too!
