Pantry Essentials

Every human has their Pantry Staples, items that each time they go to the store they make sure to grab to have in their pantry "just in case". These items also tend to be the things we reach for most frequently when cooking our favorite meals. Bridget (our professional chef) and I have very different skill levels, however our Pantry Staples are wildly similar.


Here are the items we always have on hand in our pantry:

-Extra Virgin Olive Oil

-Box of Pasta

-Cream of Mushroom Soup

-Cream of Chicken Soup

-Nut Butter (Peanut Butter/Almond Butter)

-Bread

-Black Beans (can or dry)

-Chicken Stock

-Vegetable Stock

-Potatoes

-Vinegar (Apple Cider is our favorite!)

-Sugar

-Flour

-Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)

-Can of tomatoes

-Can of corn

-Honey or Maple Syrup (great Vegan sweetener)

-Rice/Quinoa

-Baking Soda
