Cold nights call for SOUP

I love soup. I can eat it daily. Ironically, I also have a hard time with following recipes, I kind of change it up each time I make something. With that being said feel free to play with the recipe. If you do not have something, no worries! Don't like an ingredient? Sub it out! It is your kitchen!

So instead of a LONG is one of my favorite recipes called Soupe au Pistou, a delicious vegetable soup enhanced by a simple basil pesto. I also love a squeeze of lemon juice with it too!
